Autobell Car Wash

This is my first time having an issue with my detail. I paid the top tier for all services. They didnt clean the interior completely. They left massive amounts of armoral on the dashboard and doors, but didnt cover the whole area. They also left the amoral coating for the tires on my car. Now, a few days later the amoral is streaking across my cross on the sides and back. On top of that they were talking about my car and giggling, then look at me and giggle more. Very unprofessional. But what do you expect when kids working there. I dont know if ill ever come back, but where else is a good place for this type of services? Thanks!

The outside was okay except my Windshield was smeared Wiped. Then when I had a chance to look in my backseat, it was not vacuum properly I have attached a couple pictures to this review. I’m highly disappointed because this is my first time using them and my last. my front consoles we’re not wiped properly if I took all the pictures it’ll be about 10 to 12 and I didn’t wanna waste my phone storage for that. It sucks because I even left a tip before I looked at the work but it’s OK. I will not be returning.

This was my first time trying this car wash, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The line was busy, but moving quickly. When I first arrived, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase recurring wash packages and upgrades before I could finally get information on the basic interior/exterior wash option. After paying $31.17 for the basic service, my vehicle was washed on the outside and I was directed to pull into an interior cleaning bay. There were two open bays at the time. I was told to take my keys and wait. After sitting there for over 30 minutes, my car had still not been touched, while vehicles that arrived after mine were already being moved through and serviced. What stood out to me was watching attendants repeatedly check the receipts hanging in cars before deciding which vehicles to pull in next. It gave the impression that customers with recurring memberships or higher-priced packages were being prioritized over basic wash customers. I became so frustrated that I simply got in my car and left without receiving the interior service I paid for. I remained polite the entire time, but I value fairness and respect for customers’ time. I’ll be returning to the wash

The Durham Auto Bell team always are super friendly and do an amazing job inside and out with both of my vehicles. Have had monthly membership for a few years now and it’s worth every pennie.

Went to leave a review and apparently I’m not the only one feeling some type of way 😂. I came down to Sarah’s empanadas and immediately had to review after leaving. It’s not the same anymore they half*as clean my car. They didn’t even have to worry about the trunk of my ford explorer. Just literally first and second row. And even when I lift my cupholders for them to clean it they sometimes don’t. Today the guy halfway cleaned it and I asked if they were done. He said yes. I referred to my cupholder and he said he tried but it was sticky…I asked for a bottle and rag and did it myself. Won’t be back. I’ve been going since high school 2015 with my ford focus. But for $40 and not getting that wiped out and still tipping and doing part of the work is madness. Attitudes aren’t the greatest as well.
